Also, the road name came from TIGER, where I have seen typos in the past.
Oddly enough, a text google search returns no Crouse Run Rd of significance, but realtor references to Grouse Run (mentioning Stak Shak as well).
From my armchair perspective it seems that Grouse may reflect the road, although the natural features are called Crouse Run.
For what it's worth, which is pretty much nil.
Hm. This is confusing because Bing maps says that the name of the road is correct, but the waterway is Grouse creek. Leaving note open for any new sources
The USGS has the stream name as being Crouse Run which matches the Crouse Run Nature Reserve. Changed the name of the stream. The road name appears to be correct as mapped.
