is anything wrong with that? Connection to main road may make sense, for say emergency vehicles
No vehicle of any sort can pass through, as it now a pedestrian rest space.
so it seems correct (it is marked as pedestrian road)
or wait, is it blocked also for emergency vehicles? Such as ambulances and fire trucks in emergency mode?
I made it connect to just the footpath, added a bollard row, and moved the right-turn restriction up to the signalized intersection
