a TIGER import here in North Korea is infallible.
With the age of the data, I had to seek out the oldest imagery, but damn, the evidence of this construct had *already* been swept under the rug, as it were.
Naturally, there must be an extensive network of underground tunnels in the area concealed by the corresponding above-ground TIGER data. I am spending my time now in search of further concealed entry points, having established the one disguised as a removable cornfield at the west portal of this one.

The latest data back from North Korea shows they had proposed building a secret tunnel to infiltrate the United States, but after realizing how hard it was and US politicians pulling the funding, the tunnel never materialized.
In an effort to cover their tracks, the CIA has enlisted help from some highly trained giraffe to delete this tunnel and hide the mistakes. The media has also been paid off in order to keep this tunnel 'secret'.
