{highway=cycleway) in direction north ends by (highway=pedestrian) or by missing (bicycle=yes): dead-end trap.

Is (highway=pedestrian) - still - correct ?

Café 't Leeuwtje opened in 1992.
Fire destroyed it in September 2015.
Reopened in November 2016 as "Bistrobar 't Leeuwtje".
