like wilson creeks. the creeks that flow under ellensburg, wa were intentionally run under sidewalks (ware possible) to avoid problems with vehicle wight limits

First edit! I compiled this edit from my observations from operating a buisness in this downtown area for almost 19 years and from interviews w/ building and other buisness owners Ps this took me about 9hr to complete. Yeesh. ;-D
