I am Ernest Ruzindana, an urban and regional planner by profession and a programmer and software developer. A coordinator of the Rwanda YouthMappers chapter based at the University of Rwanda. I have been mapping with OSM since July 1, 2017 as I was contributing to many GIS projects at the University of Rwanda and have contributed to other OSM projects in different countries including Uganda, Cambodia, Nepal, Thailand and the US.

Most notably, I participated in the Digital Globe Malaria Digitization project from 14 August 2017 to 12 September 2017. On the other hand, the Mapping Uganda Refugee camps project with Deogratius kiggudde as local project manager. Besides, I am an active member of OSM Rwanda as an OSM community in my country. My OSM username is Ernest Ruzindana.
