removed the traffic signals that i thought i removed in previous edit

redrew new lines to better suit the new traffic pattern. there are no traffic signals in place.

removed highway tags, Uber nav thinks these are roads inside the mall and route you into the mall

correcting speed limits for better use of tesla autopilot.

general corrections

deleted no longer existing signals and fixed some speed limits. New traffic pattern is not maped
