It is not possible to turn left at this intersection, towards the cathedral. My navigation app Karta GPS (which uses OpenStreetMaps) suggests that you can turn left, but there is a sign at the intersection clearly forbidding turning to the left. Please somebody fix this mistake. Thank you.
