Updates on Lakus river waterway in the South and deleting two non-existent ponds

Adding complete Lakus river waterway in the South.

I removed a few small waterways and ponds. There is no evidence of this on Bing, Maxar or OpenTopo maps.

Rio Amaka addition to the South ending. This river is also the border of Parque nacional Saslaya.
