Currently studying Geography and Environment at Jahangirnagar University with primary interest is in sociopolitical and environmental issues, climate change, and Environmental Metabolism. I am interested in explaining the postmodern crisis of society and nature by the contemporary critical geographical approaches. In terms of field-based data analysis I prefer modern quantitative analysis methods like GIS, Remote Sensing mixed with qualitative methods like FGD, KII, and a little bit help of computer programming for making statistics easier. Music and writing is my hobby. I am a noob harmonica player, with some experiences in machine-based composing-mixing-mastering. I write in National Dailies, i.e., the New Age, the Daily Star, the Climate Tribune ( special supplement of Dhaka Tribune focused on climate change) on climate, environment, and sociopolitical issues. I write a series of columns named ‘Dark Side of The Moon’ on Youth, Sunday supplementary of the Daily New Age. I also contributed to several local online journals and try to maintain a blog by myself. And try to come up with some stories sometimes, which can be considered as mediocre online stories.
