There appears to be an unmapped path here. Already in aerial imagery, so if someone lives in CLV or something it should be an easy mapping (basically just need to check if it's publicly accessible or not).

Another easy check is I think there's a bollard or gate on the path between James Downey Way and CLV, I forgot to take note.
