I stopped by here on bike ride and took brochure from leasing office they said it was fine to use for mapping. So for anyone wanting/willing to map this place in more detail this should help...

Looking at this building from bing satellite it looks like this is one building that does not have a court yard in the middle. Not sure the multi polygon is really necessary?
