Hard Hill Rd is not a thru-road. The end that intersects with Mill Rd is a dead-end and the western part that intersects with Middle Road Turnpike is a Cul-de-sac. The middle section should be removed so that there are two independent roads: Hard Hill Rd North and Hard Hill Rd South.
