Mr. Travis is a Mentor for LiveableCities, specializing in the area of ICT and Intelligent Cities. He has a BS in Engineering, an MS in Computer Science, and an MBA. He is currently a candidate for the PhD degree in Urban and Regional Planning at the School of Urban and Regional Planning at the University of the Philippines. He has certificates in GIS from the University of California and in Data Science from Harvard University.

Mr. Travis has more than 35 years of experience working globally in the United States, Europe, North Africa, and throughout Asia. He has provided expertise in Spatial Planning, feasibility studies, and other projects including airports, sea ports, infrastructure, and community development. He currently acts as the Team Lead for Urban and Regional Planning for Empark Land, where he is the technical lead for ports projects, TIEZA development, and infrastructure development with projects up to 2000Ha. He and his team have conducted drone surveys and related projects for over 200,000Ha throughout the Philippines for public and private enterprises including the Philippines Dept. of Transportation. He has significant experience in Operations Control Centers, including strategy development for the Operations Control Center of Changi Airport in Singapore.
