Removed some extra nodes

I added nodes connecting the elevated walking path to the lanes of Avenida Eusébio Matoso. On those points, there are elevators also.

I removed the walking permission from the tunnel because people shouldn't cross it on foot. There are better ways around it.

You can reach Av. Jorge Peixinho from Av. José Cardoso Pires on foot. The train tracks pass above the ground and there are stores at the bottom, connecting the platforms.

This section of the rail is elevated from the ground level. Please advise if not done properly. Thanks!
