User of OpenStreetMap for over 12 years now and an OSM Evangelist. I carried out academic research into quality assessment of OSM data and many other aspects of OSM. In teaching and workshops I deliver I always use OSM as the base mapping and core of my teaching and learn for students working with Free and Open Source Software. One of my key research interests is seeing how government agencies and organisations can use OSM and other forms of Volunteered Geographic Information.
