staightened the lines to create more space. deleted elevator that wasn't connected to any foot paths. we already have all the elevators that exist in this location.

Deleting elevator because another user has duplicated this as a footway (way/1274787029). Will check if SBB accessible wheelchair routing works with this ramp as well.
