Is the road still under construction? If yes, until when will be the road closed for traffic?

As per the Illinois-DOT updates, this piont intersecting Midwestern Gas Street and 2075 East is closed till 31st Dec, 2019. Can anyone let us know if this bridge over Sugar Creek stream is permanently out of usage.
