I am sure there is no airfield, even not a bended one (!). It looks like it is a part of a 2nd or 3rd track. There are indeed a few houses of an older camp, but these are good to reach by a 4x4 track.
In my opinion > no airport there...

Close to D3707, 4x4 useful, direct at river Hoarusib, wood for fire is mostly available at campsite, payment during early evening by a worker. No phone, no Water, no wifi, no other service
