The all five "Centrala Termica Dragalina #" (centralised heating device) ARE NOT distinct buildings outside the main block of flats, but installed INSIDE the building in the specially designed place within the technical basement.
Moreover, the "Centrala Termica Dragalina 2" has been dismantled. IMHO, these fake buildings should be removed from the map. BTW, take a look on a satellite pic of the place and you'll notice the mistake.
