would you please, before continuing any of your imports, e-mail data@osmfoundation.org and explain how you have conformed to our import guidelines (see http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Import)? I couldn’t find any discussion about your proposed import on the imports@ list and the source of your data is unclear.
