Revert mechanical edit (all changesets by housy76 since 14 February 2022). The changesets added surface=asphalt to all motorways in Germany and many secondary and tertiary roads in Bavary if they did not have any surface=*.

Germany, Hessen, Bad Hersfeld, Petersberg: Closed gaps in Flixbus routes 012, 320, N13 and the road/TMC relations at motorway 'A 4' (direction north east). The problem was caused by wrong sorting after split of the road. Did some validator work.
