This was well meant but poorly done I’m afraid. Firstly, traffic islands are certainly no pedestrian areas. Secondly, turn lanes are never mapped as separate ways (but tagged into the existing ways by turn:lanes, I gave an example here). A road is mapped as separate ways only in case of physically separated carriageways. Anyway, another user gave a hint that there’s a roundabout now, so I removed all the excessive lane mapping and put the roundabout roughly in.
