Comment from Bryce C Nesbitt
Could we discuss sanitary_dump_station:chemical_toilet before it's used too much. What does it mean?
-
Comment from gmbo
This Dumping Station is only for chemical toilet cassettes

Comment from Bryce C Nesbitt
Could we use sanitary_dump_station:cassette=yes and sanitary_dump_station:gravity=no then. But mostly get it documented on http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:amenity%3Dsanitary_dump_station talk page.

I use chemical toilet in accordance with waste=xxx, since the new key so replaced waste disposal.

Comment from Bryce C Nesbitt
The "gravity" style dump also takes chemical toilet waste. The concern is that "chemical_toilet" may be confused with a toilet for a human, rather than a place to dump contents of a holding tank.
-
Comment from gmbo
In my opinion, there should be no confusion, because it is so is a dump station.
The method of disposal is different.
In Germany there is a distinction whether it was collected with or without chemicals.
The cassette are the same. -
Comment from Bryce C Nesbitt
I did not know there was a difference in Germany.
In the USA, Mexico, Canada the only difference is the shape and size of the hole.
How are chemical and no-chemical tagged in Germany?
What tag would you recommend for http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:amenity%3Dsanitary_dump_station ?
--------------------------------------------
In the USA a cassette is not welcome at a toilet for a human user.
-
Comment from gmbo
In Germany is it also not welcome at a toilet for human user.
-------------------------------------
But there is a difference in the disposal stations, because it depends on the type of treatment plant if there can be disposed of chemicals.
Therefore, although there are disposal for cassettes but it may be used where no chemistry.
Therefore, I would describe the simple only with gravity, but may be also used in the chemistry with chemical toilet. Then there's disposal at no toilets must be disposed of. where only the rinse water must be drained.(gray_water)

Danke.
In the UK those are called "Elsan points".

In the USA "gravity" accepts blackwater with chemicals and grey water both:

Comment from gmbo
The cassette systems are the same as in europe
but we cannot ensure that all gravity damping stations accept chemical toilet.
How can we distinguish?die Entsorgungsstation ist auch hier in Europa üblich,
