Hi 7of9, just stumbled over some paths you created in this CS. Some of them appears to me - well, doubtful.
I.e. this one runs normal to the slope and might be a gully/dry stream rather than a footpath: https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/369570803
These stubs are not clearly identifiable from imagery:

And what about the campsites, i.e.

I wonder if you have you been on site or added this data from other sources?
If you are able to help, I would be happy to fix it, as I'm currently reworking this area.
Thanks

hallo Klaus

Thanks Hans, as OSM is an international project don't mind that I will answer in english. :-)
It's always good to know that a main contributor in Nepal ist not an armchair mapper only and has some ground knowledge.
Regarding camp sites I may suggest to add tourism=camp_site only for existing spots that are regularly used by hikers or trekking companies and also adding backcountry=yes for unmaintained/ undeveloped sites.
To my impression, locations that are only potential suitable for camping should not tagged as tourism=camp_site.
Thanks
Klaus
