Are you sure that http://www.openstreetmap.org/way/187303525/history#map=16/51.2519/7.6026 is an actual Roman Road as suggested by https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q194029 ? Also, what does "name:etymology:wikidata" mean in this context (and what's the relationship to the Queen Fabiola mentioned in the changeset comment)?

When working on that changeset, I was looking for objects named after our former Queen Fabiola. Previously I had done something comparable for Roman roads in Belgium and The Netherlands.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roman_roads#External_linksIt's unlikely that it's a coincidence that these roads have such names.
I couldn't be sure about this Fabiolastraße referring to our late queen a bit further south though:
http://www.openstreetmap.org/way/187303525/history#map=16/51.2453/7.6107If you're sure that this has never been part of the Roman Road system, please remove the tags. OTOH, I notice now that I managed to 'forget' a few sideroads.

You'd want a bit more evidence that a road actually was a roman road beyond the name, though surely?
For an example, not far from me https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/145006134 is called "Roman Way". There's obviously a roman naming theme going on there (Fosse Close and Dere Croft are nearby), and it's adjacent to the A6005 (actually a roman road), but "Roman Way" isn't itself one.

you're right, it's not ideal. All name:etymology:wikidata says it is named after something. If it's not about the road network, was it after the Romans or after Rome that this particular one was called? It's probably not of great importance, so we better remove those name:etymology:wikidata tags.
In the case of writers, poets, mayors, kings, queens, princes and princesses it does seem interesting to me to be able to show where the streets and buildings named after them are located. Or where there are statues, graves, birth houses and musea. Those are usually easier to identify.

This is the result of adding wikidata tags for Queen Fabiola to OSM, then adding a link to it on Wikipedia:
