Why is the name in German? Also, is actually anything there and not just a bunch of bricks? Because I don't see anything in aerial imagery besides slightly greener grass.

The language is not limited only to English.
Secondly, this area belonged up to 8th May 1945 to German Reich. The ruins are visible for me, no doubt. For checking of the area other satellite imageries than from OpenStreetMap can be used:

Obviously, this is Poland, so name fields should be in Polish - and this fits more description:de.
Besides that, building=chapel seems an overstatement. I actually don't know how to tag this, building=ruins seems too much either as there's even no foundations visible (Normally when houses are being built, you see them easily on sat images).

The name is in German because this is the original name of the Mennonite chapel. I see there no problem. The object is for me clearly a ruin tag. The house foundation is visible.
