User muhmuh deleted some address nodes in the reverted changesets because he replaced them by addr:*=* at the buildings. His building addresses have been reverted because they were copied from an illegal data source. The redact by pnorman only removed those building addresses but did not revert the changesets fully.

Sorry, I had the impression the mentioned node was imported from BürgerGIS and was restored accidentally. Nothing wrong with this changeset..
