Was this changeset based on up-to-date information about the area? When I was passing through in the summer, the central island of the roundabout had been replaced by a large asphalt area due to the construction site. Weirdly enough, I think it was still signposted as a roundabout.

Corrections are based on the indications of Osmose's error, satellite images and the Street View images, indicating a roundabout.
If it is incorrect feel free to make changes to the area. -

Google StreetView? That's at best a very grey area: https://help.openstreetmap.org/questions/710/can-i-use-google-streetview-to-help-create-maps . I went back to my photos from the mapping trip, and there are no roundabout signs visible so I can't guarantee that keeping junction=roundabout wasn't an oversight on my part (even though it's possible that I did it intentionally, my photos don't cover all angles). If the roundabout signs are in fact still there, they don't make much sense anyway since the central island is completely paved over. Thus, removing junction=roundabout and keeping the rest of my edits seems to be a reasonable compromise.

Ok, it is a right decision. For me there is no problem for these your changes. Remember though that Osmose will continue to consider a closed circular line as a probable roundabout, so either use the tag area=yes or divide the circle into parts.

All right then, I have reverted this changeset and adjusted the tags of http://www.openstreetmap.org/way/211199049 . In fact, I'm not even sure that http://www.openstreetmap.org/way/22753040 exists anymore, but that requires another survey...
