I find this a weird name for a coffee shop (and couldn't find it on the web). Is it open for the public on a day to day basis?

Well, it may well not be the name then, sorry 😕 I don't speak Swedish and maybe it's just something else I thought it was the name.
And no, it seems to have a weird undefined opening time schedule, it said something about it being open only in summer, and there seemed to be only a phone number but I didn't have time to catch it. -

But oh sorry, it's a Cafe, not a coffee shop (my bad!). I will change this ASAP ☺

"Här Finns" means "Here is" or "Here there is" ;)
While it of course actually could be a café name, I would perhaps think that it's more likely that there's a sign like "Här finns kaffe" ("Here there is coffee") :P
It's not uncommon with a small house owner-driven café, so maybe it doesn't have a name at all. Anyway, I think we can leave it like this and I'll find out more about it.
Hope you had a nice stay in (outside of) Umeå!

Yes, it was exactly as you say, it said Här Finns kaffee + a bunch of other things so I thought it was like "John's café" kind of syntax haha it may well be that they don't have a proper name like you say too. Thanks for the follow up! And yes, great time in Umeå!
