Changeset: 44643430
Added surface tags to various foot paths in Edinburgh. Added contraflow cycle lane on St Bernard's Bridge, and improved the steps and foot path layout in the park below the bridge.

Hi, couple of issues with the changes around St Bernard's Bridge.
- Since the road is already a bridge, the paths below don't need to be set as tunnels - it's either one or the other.
- The road is already tagged with cycleway=opposite_lane, so the extra cycleway isn't needed.
Keep up the good work though :) -

Thanks! I didn't think to check for the opposite_lane tag, and got confused by the steps.
