Thanks for your additions at the air force base and the park. However you seem to have also changed Wellston Trail form a path to a footway in this changeset which I suspect is an attempt to game Pokemon Go. Please do not do this. OSM is a map of the real world and should not be abused to (maybe) influence a game. I have undone your change to this trail and removed the footway you added on top of the service road in the air force base. You also modified a surface tag from asphalt to a more generic "paved" value which lost information contributed by someone else. Please be careful when modifying existing objects.

I have made these changed because the Wellston Trail in "Fountain park" no longer "Dry Lake park", which I have verified this with the city, is paved with concrete not asphalt. Which I go running on it all the time, you can even check google maps to verify what I'm saying is correct. I'm in no way abusing OSM I'm updating the information so OSM can be as accurate as possible. In response to the service road at the the Museum of Aviation it is very rarely used as a service road, they have Traffic cones on it that no longer allows vehicles to drive on them. This is used as a foot path for tourist to walk on to view the planes placed along the path. The Museum of Aviation isn't a part of Robins Air Force base, it borders it. A Person doesn't need military ID to gain access to the Museum of Aviation.

First off: no, we can not use Google maps to check anything. This would be a copyright violation. OSM must only use authorized sources of information or first-hand observation.
The path in the park should not be changed to a foot path. Please read this page on the wiki: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:highway%3Dfootway
Specifically: "For multi-use or unspecified paths and trails used by a variety of non-motorised traffic the tag highway=path may be better suited." So that was an obvious change that was made for Pokemon Go that was not appropriate.
Similar with the road in the air base. If it is a road that is primarily for pedestrian traffic but can still carry vehicles then it should likely be labeled as a pedestrian street, not a foot path. And that means changing the classification of the existing service road and not adding a separate foot path that follows the same path.
So it may have been a little strong to call your edits outright vandalism, more just lack of experience and some faulty guidance from reddit. I've been reverting all kinds of Pokemon Go edits over the last few days, some of which are blatant vandalism so I'm not being very nuanced in my changeset comments.
Please feel free to continue editing OSM with on-the-ground knowledge. Just consult the wiki if you have questions. You can also drop in on IRC any time to ask questions. There is a web interface at http://irc.openstreetmap.org/
