I can't find any evidence in public records that this is, has been, or will be a park. Everything I can find says that it's private residential property belonging to the DeMayo family.
The water looks to actually exist on the Allen County iMap server, though, so I'm leaving that.
The boundaries don't appear to be accurate, but the only source I've found for accurate boundaries is iMap, and I don't believe their licensing allows me to "borrow" their boundaries.
