Hi,
I noticed an issue with this changeset and with changeset 47243083: you deleted also relation 7063888 which I think happened by accident.
I'm writing down what I think what happened:
You merged the way 480727102 with way 479895669 in changeset 47243083. The first way belonged to relation 7107622 and the second way to relation 7063888. As the second relation had inner members within the second way they now were outside of the outer ways of itself and the MP also was unclosed.
You added natural=wood to the first way, but it still belonged to the first relation which was also natural=wood.
You then noticed that the first way was both a polygon and a multipolygon, and also saw inner ways of the second relation. In this changeset 47243545 you deleted both relations as the first one was not needed anymore for the polygon, and the second one appeared broken. However you didn't notice that the second relation was unclosed and had a lot more outer ways.
I undeleted the second relation in changeset 47257455. As it now had inner ways (natural=grassland and also untagged ones [1]) outside of itself (and inside the first way) I removed them from the second relation. I also closed it with a new way 483431353.
The natural=grassland / untagged ones are now within the polygon from the first way. I didn't want to restore the first relation right now, but I think there should be a second change to convert the polygon back to a multipolygon and add the natural=grassland as inner. Do you agree?

"and the second one appeared broken" -> "and the second one appeared to be a leftover"

Hi, yes sounds like what i did, there were two overlapping wood areas. I tried to merge them into one. Indeed I did not see any other inner or outer ways. That's why I thought it was ok to change it. I have no idea why the other parts where not shown to me. So yes it is ok to restore it. sorry for the trouble
