Hi, a way can be a track and a bridleway at the same time.

I am sure it can, but it is classified as a bridleway on OS Maps and is not passable in a car from the Kettering Road to the top of Badsaddle woods

Hi that's OK, then it can be tagged motorcar=no which means no public access by car, leaving general access as access=agricultural.

OK - Sorry new at this, so if a bridleway is on a farm track then you classify it as a track with a designation as public_bridleway and set motorcar=no?
Just trying to get all my local tacks onto OpenStreetMap

Hi no cause to be sorry and please don't be put off by this. I'm still learning after several years.
Yes to your question and because it's a farm track access=agricultural is very specific as to the allowed access. You can tag ways of any sort with specific access and or restrictions. By no means a definitive list but a place to start on access issues is here :- https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:accessOS maps are copyright so data must not be taken directly from them but they can be used as a guide to your own survey and determination.
If I can help in any way please just ask. Regards Bernard
