Hello and Welcome to OpenStreetMap.
You actually didn't remove a oneway tag from the bridge, because there wasn't one to remove.
You did however add the tag oneway=no. A oneway=no tag is not necessary as usually in the absence of oneway=yes OSM takes there to be no oneway restriction, (except in specific cases). Please see the whole of this page :- https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:onewayYour use of oneway=no in this case does no harm it's just not best practice.
