Hello and Welcome to OpenStreetMap.
I've added 'disused:amenity=place_of_worship' and
'disused:religion=christian' tags to the library. Also a 'note=Formerly a Congregational Church built in 1842'. This is in order to show the historic use of the building and the history of OSM tagging. As you say the library is part of the school then the school grounds (Way: Caistor Grammar School (264249731)) ought to be extended to include it. It should be ascertained if the adjacent burial ground is also now within the school grounds before the outline way is adjusted.
Regards Bernard
