Hi wuj,
Welcome to OpenStreetMap. Your interest in contributing to the map is greatly appreciated. I see that you have requested review for your edits.
This is the turn restriction you have edited. https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/7493764. I am guessing your intention is to deleted the restriction based on your changeset comment. But you have deleted only the via role in the relation and not the whole relation itself. In iD editor, one must delete all roles to delete the entire relation.
But the turn restriction itself seems to exist from Mapillary imagery. here is a picture in which the sign is visible. https://www.mapillary.com/app/?pKey=9To7LvH6PLsRIfvl0h_Esw&focus=photo.
I have restored the relation to previous correct state. please be sure to check on street imagery sources available to check for most recent ground truth. Satellite imagery can sometimes be outdated and misinforming. Please feel free to reply.
Thanks,
Manohar

Thanks for the help, Manohar. I did not intent to remove the restriction turns from Mission to 10th. I intended to remove the restriction from southbound 10th to Mission (https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/1310163#map=19/37.77588/-122.41609)
and here: https://www.mapillary.com/app/?lat=37.775807&lng=-122.41658&z=17&pKey=lPwgSb8P0U1UxMzB_KpOCw&focus=photo
