Hello, the tag area=yes without any more information is useless. To be honest, the lines of a multipolygon do not need any attributes, if all information is given at the relation.

The only way I know to add a line to a multipolygon is through its Relations section, and to see that section I need to choose an option for the line. I've been using the generic Area option so far, should I go back and delete the area=yes tag after adding a line to a multipolygon? Should I use actual lines instead of areas? Or am I missing a much better way to do it? Fairly new to OSM still.
