Hi,
could you explain the meaning of the tags APBP_approved and aPBP_approved ? These are new and not used in other places. Thanks, Jan

They should all be APBP_approved. I will fix the broken ones.
The Association of Pedestrian and Bicycle Professionals (a U.S. organization) recommends that a rack support a bicycle in two places, so a kick stand is not required. So the common wave and comb racks do not qualify. We'd like all responsible parties to switch to recommended rack types, like inverted-U ("stand") and post-and-ring ("bollard").
I will document this tag and "installed_properly" in the wiki.
