review.. please remove cycleway=track That means there is a cycleway along the cycleway.
surface=gravel is hard to cycle.(big pebbles) Mostly you find fine_gravel. is that the case? Better for routing.
So please remove cycleway=track and check surface.
The wrong edits are from a former mapper . -

oneway=no is only used if you are afraid a next mapper will change it into oneway=yes.

Oke.. We see that as needless tagging. It does no harm however.
It's usefull at parallel cycleways. Often they are oneway=no.
I removed some cycleway=track and tracktype from the bridge... because it's obviously a highway=cycleway and not a track. Try BTM ... the tool.
For better mapping change to editor JOSM,
