Hi pvanoldenmark,
are there any new signposts installed at Seestraße? Please be aware the no-entry-restriction from the south (Panoramastraße/Sattlerstraße, represented by https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/7349081) does not imply oneway traffic on Seestraße. The last time I visited the area no traffic sign no 220 https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bildtafel_der_Verkehrszeichen_in_der_Bundesrepublik_Deutschland_seit_2017#/media/File:Zeichen_220-20_-_Einbahnstra%C3%9Fe,_rechtsweisend,_StVO_2017.svg was installed along Seestra0e so it was legally possible to turn to the North from Smaragdweg or Saphirweg (basically from any point at Seestraße).
Could you please clarify your source for this edit? Thanks :-) -

google street view and a verbal source that routing up that road is illegal due to the no entry sign. I thought that implied oneway
if thats the case i will add a turn restriction at that corner instead.

That turn restriction is already in place: https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/7349081
This restricts entry into Seestraße from both Sattlerstraße and Panoramastraße.We had this issue already. I was of the same opinion as you ;-) and tagged Seestraße as oneway:
https://overpass-api.de/achavi/?changeset=30570415
Last year user LayBack proved this wrong http://osmlab.github.io/osm-deep-history/#/way/341123750 so I created the turn restriction as mentioned above and tagged oneway=no explicitley after a cross-check onsite. So if a oneway traffic regulation isn't signposted explicitely from the North southbound, I would assume the situation hasn't changed.
