Are you absolutely sure about this? Wikipedia says "From north to south, the three main sections are Queenscliff, North Steyne, and South Steyne" which could imply the whole thing is Manly Beach, with that bottom section being South Steyne Beach.

Yeah this change looks correct according to the GNB record, but the GNB isn't always reflecting what's currently on the ground.

Err South Steyne is the name of the street south of the Corso.
