Not a valid motive to delete lines because this comes from an import. You should comment changeset and discuss with creators. I did a Overpass query for history. See http://overpass-turbo.eu/s/yHQ
Looking at way 212063753, I see that nodes correspond to poles on the Bing Imagery.
You should revert this changeset edit or ask assistance from the OSM DWG to revert it. -

Hello,
At https://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=18/0.18280/31.70850 you've deleted the power line https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/256934918/history . That's actually still visible in the online imagery (a couple of different ones) there, both as a gap in the trees and as a series of pylons such as the two in the tree gap just to the northeast of the road junction.
Can you explain what happened?
Best Regards,
Andy -

Hi Andy,
I've indeed delete one power line, which was still existing. For this I'm sorry.
But please understand, that the power grid was confusing due to the pre-existing import.
With the same changeset I've massively expanded the new 220 kV grid of Uganda, only based on imagery.
Greetings

Thanks - the imported data did indeed look a bit rubbish!

Hi oslim,
Uganda's 220 kV backbone is much smaller than you think. You have changed the voltage to 220 kV on a number of lines which are clearly too small to be energized at that voltage.
