Welcome to OSM! You imported 44 nodes with unusually tags without any check of duplicates. Example for the first node https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/5614462476? Did you see the node https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/367797842?
Did you validate the license?
The wrong keys are ADDRESS (addr:full), CITY (addr:city), FACILITY_T (operator), NAME (name), STATE (addr:state), TELEPHONE (phone but with format +1-xxx-xxx-xxxx), ZIP_CODE (addr:postcode). Missing attributes amenity=library. All existing attribute have better values.
I will ask the DWG (data working group) for a decision to reverse this import.

Hello gamulea4, I'm afraid I had to revert your changes because they violated our import guidelines (see https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Import). These guidelines mandate a previous discussion with the community, which would among other things have helped avoid the obvious issues pointed out by user_5359 above (adding duplicates, using wrong tags). Using the wrong tags means the data is "dead" in OSM and would not show up on any map which certainly isn't what you intended.
This does not mean we don't want the data - it's just that adding it to OSM requires a little more work than simply hitting "upload" in the editor! I hope that this initial misstep doesn't discourage you from contributing further. -

Hi, so this was mostly just a test import. My internship plans on importing a lot of data from Prince George's County and wanted to see the best way to accomplish that. In the future I will ensure that the data is good. Is the only problems with this data about the tags and that I dont have a license?
Thanks! -

Please read the mentioned link of woodpeck: https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Import. Communication for the data to be imported is very important. Maybe you start with statistics, how much information is missing or can be corrected.
