The outline should be tagged as building=yes since it is the building outline. Then area=yes is unnecessary.
Also - bus stops need to be tagged as a bus stop. You can see examples just to the east on Rainier ave.I went ahead and made the changes.
If you are interested in helping people with impaired vision and mobility issues, you should join the Seattle OSM Meetup. On the 26th we are having a mapathon to help map UW for this summers Special Olympics. I'm also sending a welcome message with a link to the Seattle Meetup signup page. I don't have the event added yet, but will be the end of the day.

Thank you for the invitation! This was my first edit, I read through the wiki pages and thought I knew what I was doing until I actually started editing. I have a lot of learning to do. I am an orientation and mobility instructor for the blind. Lately I have been hearing about OSM in lots of conferences. It's always mentioned and some navigation tools for the blind use it. I thought it was about time I checked it out. I am definitely interested in joining your meetup! Hopefully it works with my schedule.
