HI, you may want to read the comment added by Gabriel Reynolds in previous change 50706648 which states that only part of the slip road has motorway status and hence the first part was in my view correctly tagged as trunk_link. Can you please review?
Thanks,

I accept this is a tricky one. However, pedestrians can proceed from the roundabout over the bridge and turn off onto the path, here the road clearly does not have motorway status. Also traffic can proceed along the two-way section and return without entering the motorway, hence it does not solely carry motorway traffic. Although the statement "as far as motorway regulations (for example no pedestrians) apply" is in the section about services, in my view it should also apply to junctions, as there is no conceptual difference between a junction slip road and a services slip road.

The joining PROW would prevent the last stretch being under motorway regulations which suggests the original mapping was correct.
