And what's the difference?
Except of nobody uses your scheme, no one could see your remark (fixme you can see at keepright.at and OSMAnd)
https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/search?q=fixme%3A2 here almost 24 usings of such strange suffix
Why is it strange? Because it is still needs to be fixed and no matter how long ago you noticed it -

The difference is that it does NOT need to be fixed right now - but very likely at a certain date in future. With a simple overpass query you can check them: https://overpass-turbo.eu/s/AHs Instead, taggging them NOW as fixme is polluting the current fixmes.
Suggest a better scheme, please.

I'm still sure that fixme is enough or osm notes
There are https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:opening_date tag for construction ending
and https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:check_date for date of surveing -

Okay, but how can you be sure that "fixme" is enogh, when there is nothing to be fixed currently? Wouldn't this annoy mappers trying to act on *current* fixmes?
so, in this case here you would suggest to use
* opening_date=2019-06
* fixme=was wurde hier gebaut? Wohnhaus?I think if I could not use my scheme, I would use just
* opening_date=2019-06
* note=was wurde hier gebaut? Wohnhaus?without any "fixme". Yes, in this case here, this scheme would work. But what about planned teardowns? Another tag (end_date?) to be included in a potential overpass query. Much effort compared to the simple scheme I used here.

by the way, keepright also displays e.g. "fixme:2018-07=xyzblabla...."
