Changeset: 61558473
Revert undiscussed import adding of Plus Codes and sizes of buildings. The codes can be derived from the coordinates. The size can be derived from the building geometry. See https://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/talk/2018-August/081130.html

The full explanation of the reasons of this revert was too long for a changeset comment (256 characters).
The full explanation:
Various people have pointed out on the Talk mailing list yesterday that adding Plus Codes is a bad idea. They can be calculated on the fly by using an algorithm only without using a database. They don't need to be stored in OSM because they can be calculated on automatically. We don't add plus codes to OSM because we also don't add coordinates as tags. Adding plus codes to all features in OSM is a stupid idea because it bloats up OSM by more than 100 GB harming all users of OSM who have to buy more expensive servers and therefore excluding more people from using OSM.
That's not the only issue with these changes. Other issues are:
(1) The nodes do not match the buildings.
(2) The changesets added building:sqmeters=* which is unnecessary for the same reasone why we don't add coordinates as tags to OSM. The buildings have already been mapped as areas. Areas have a size.
(3) The source "Digital Globe auto extraction WV02 2017" given on the object tags is either a source we are not allowed to use or a violation of the Automated Edits Code of Conduct. Both are reasons to revert changesets.
Note: Adding Plus Codes is acceptable if they are used as house numbers by locals and are visible on the ground. But the OSM database is not a planning tool. Instead, OSM records what is being used. If you need a map of Plus Codes if they are not used by locals, store the codes in a separate database.
