Adjusted the footpath through the parks slightly and specified that bikes are allowed

More updates to foot paths and bridges in the parks

Got rid of some strange topology in kingsland park (the parks should probably be split into multiple distinct areas as they are not all part of kingsland park). Also redid kingsland lake to be more accurate.

Removed name from foot path. Clifton Commons is the shopping center, I'm not sure why this footpath that barely exists was named that. Also connected a set of stairs between kingsland park and lakeside drive.
